Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Depending on the size of your order and your product customizations, turnaround times will vary. Once your order has shipped, will receive another notification via email.
Please note that during peak times of the year (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.), orders will take a few extra days to process to due higher order volumes.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery/Pickup
Free local delivery/pickup is available for orders in which the customer is able to meet within the Columbia, South Carolina area. We will contact you via text message with the number you provided to arrange a meet-up location once your order is ready.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tisaspieces@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
